Notice – Multi-Account Policy & Terms Reminder

We truly appreciate the support and passion many of you show for DemonicMU. We know that our community cares deeply about the server and wants to get the most out of the experience. However, this must always remain within the boundaries of our Terms of Service and server rules.

To keep the game fair for everyone, we want to make our position absolutely clear regarding multi-account abuse.

Multi-Account Policy

The maximum allowed is:

• 3 connected accounts at the same time per player

• 3 accounts per person in total

Any attempt to go beyond this limit will be treated as abusive gameplay and an unfair advantage over players who respect the rules.

This also includes activities such as:

• Using more than 3 accounts for farming

• Leaving more than 3 characters online for off-leveling or off-trading

• Creating or using extra accounts to bypass gameplay limits

• Excessive or suspicious account registration behavior

Accounts involved in this kind of abuse may face penalties, account deletion, and temporary IP restrictions.

Monitoring & Detection

Please do not assume this can be bypassed.

DemonicMU uses advanced monitoring systems that cross-check activity using multiple indicators, including:

• Connection timestamps

• Hardware ID

• Country of origin

• IP analysis

• VPN bypass detection

• Real IP verification through the game client at login

This means that even if someone attempts to hide behind a VPN, our systems are still able to detect abusive patterns with high accuracy.

Zero Tolerance

If we identify players abusing the multi-account policy, there will be zero tolerance.

We consider this a serious form of exploitation and a direct violation of the server rules. Enforcement will apply equally to everyone.

Donators are not exempt from the rules.
Supporting the server does not grant immunity from penalties. The rules apply to all players equally.

Staff Impersonation

Character names, IGN names, and Guild names must not contain Administrator or GM names, nor attempt to imitate staff in any way.

Any player found impersonating or presenting themselves as DemonicMU staff or management will be permanently banned.

Donations, Virtual Goods & Refund Policy

Donation rewards, credits, and digital purchases on DemonicMU may be used for official server services such as:

• Webshop items

• VIP features

• Cosmetics

• In-game services

• Other official DemonicMU offerings

Please note the following:

• DemonicMU will not be held responsible for lost, missing, disappeared, or stolen items, regardless of the cause

• We will not replace or refund lost items, currencies, progress, or services

• This includes, but is not limited to: Donations, Items, Seals, WCoin, Ruud, Credits, Levels, VIP, Hide, and services

All digital purchases are considered final once submitted and delivered or activated.

DemonicMU does not issue refunds for digital products or services under normal circumstances. This includes:

• Partial refund requests

• Full refund requests

• Chargeback abuse

If you experience a genuine delivery or functionality issue, please contact support as soon as possible and we will assist where we reasonably can.

By purchasing any product or service from DemonicMU, you acknowledge and agree that all transactions are final.

Final Reminder

These rules exist to protect fairness, server balance, and the integrity of the community. We ask every player to respect them.

Please play fair, respect the limits, and help us keep DemonicMU enjoyable for everyone.
